Beach Coastal Development Permit No. CD2021-069 (PA2021-268) (5-NPB-22-0326) for development at 139 Bayfront, Newport Beach expired on May 13, 2022. The Coastal Commission received no appeals on this permit. The City’s permit is therefore final.
