Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Modify the sign matrix as noted in the redlined plans, attached. Verify calculations.
Update other sheets as needed for consistency.
2. Provide detailed dimensions of the pylon sign. See NBMC 20.42.080.C for required
dimensions.
3. Dimension the distance between the pylon sign and the property line along Bristol
Street.
4. The Hold Harmless agreement should by signed by Nina Brentham.
Submit an electronic copy of the requested materials to ccurley@newportbeachca.gov.
Hard copies may be requested at the time of review but are not initially required.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Action Letter. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
