Coastal Development Permit corrections
1. Title Sheet:
a. Update/correct buildable area under area summary
b. Under development standards, update max allowable third floor based on buildable
area
2. Site Plan
a. Show accessory structures (fences/walls/etc) on site plan. Note height from existing
and finished grade. Note special area requirements for fences/walls over 42” in front
setback (40% open over 2’) see NBMC 21.30.040.B
3. First Floor Plan
a. Dimension clear interior parking dimensions inside garage
4. Roof decks
a. Open railing on third floor roof deck, where covered
5. Sections
a. Dimension height of attic space that will not be counted toward floor area. Maximum
height 6’ allowed, drop ceilings will not satisfy this requirement
