Please be advised that after reviewing the subject applications, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed with
the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Project Plans.
a. Provide a dimensioned site plan identifying all existing and proposed primary
and accessory structures (including any fences/walls/gates and their height).
Include property lines and identify setbacks. Include parking layout and
dimensions.
b. Provide floor plans that clearly identify the use of each space within the
building.
c. Provide 6 full size sets, one reduced size set, and electronic copies of all
plans.
2. Project Description.
a. Fully and completely describe the proposed operation of the school, including
the operation of the campus at 883 W 15th Street. Include information such as
enrollment, regular class times, drop off and pick up schedules, etc. to the
extent that it is known.
b. If it is the intent to have, faculty, students and/or visitors travel between
campuses as part of daily operations, please describe and provide an exhibit
as applicable.
3. CEQA Exemption. The submitted application notes that a Class 1 and Class 3 CEQA
Exemption is anticipated. Provide further justification for these exemptions, and any
applicable supporting documentation.
4. Parking Analysis. Please provide a parking analysis prepared by a qualified parking
consultant to show parking demand for the proposed use. Include a parking
management plan.
5. Additional Materials. See attached project review request (PRR) reports for
requested information from the Building Division, Fire Department, and Public Works
Department.
6. Public Hearing Requirements. Submitted public hearing materials are older than 6
months. Provide updated mailing labels, written affidavit, and radius map.
7. Public Noticing Fee. Projects that go to public hearing are subject to a $497 flat public
noticing fee. Please submit this fee along with resubmittal of application materials.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
