The project plans were reviewed for compliance with the following codes and standards:
2019 CRC; 2019 CBC; 2019 CPC; 2019 CEC; 2019 CMC; 2019 California Energy Code; 2019 California
Green Building Standards Code (CG); & Chapter 15 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code (NBMC).
COMMENTS:
1) Obtain plan review approval from the following: Planning, EMP.
2) Final drawings which will be approved for permit issuance shall be signed by the respective design
professional on each sheet (electronic signature is acceptable). The plans prepared for multi family
resident shall be stamped and signed by licensed architect or engineer. Verify at final approval.
3) Include basic project information on the cover sheet including: Use, Number of Stories.
4) Provide details for fire and sound rated common wall and floor/ceiling assembly.
5) Provide information on the year the building was built and the finish floor of lowest habitable space.
