Invite Pro Life Speakers 2nd Tue, Sep 13th 2022
Dear Newport Beach Leaders & Citizens For Life And Personhood (CFLAP)
Come talk up a Newport Beach Personhood Advisory Petition. Come speak
for the Mayor to place the Personhood Resolution topic on the Newport
Beach agenda and for future Personhood language to be added to the
Newport Beach Charter.
JESUS loves us all.
New News: To the Newport Beach City Council, church leaders and
interested citizens. I am delighted to now daily gather signatures in the city
of various CA cities with an Advisory Petition focused on establishing a
Personhood Sanctuary City. Remember that my hometown of Lorain, Ohio
taught me the new Personhood possibilities that can be included in all
18,000 city charters in the USA. My research reveals that new language can
immediately be voted on and added to the Preamble of the city charter ...
even for Santee. Newport Beach is already incorporated and has a charter.
The Preamble Covenant language was conceived in Lorain, Ohio. The new
Newport Beach Charter Preamble would include: Covenant, Equality,
Creation, Personhood, Birth and Disability.
Old News: Please also known that I was in the right place at the right time
That moment was Lebanon Ohio on Thursday May 27th, 2021. 1 witnessed
Lebanon Mayor, City Council and citizens discuss the pros and cons of
becoming the first Ohio Sanctuary City for the Unborn. The Mayor and
Council unanimously voted in the ordinance confirming a Lebanon
Sanctuary City for The Unborn. Lebanon is now the 15t city in Ohio and the
puN& comOEtJTs - 9 /i3/,az
29th city in the USA to offer the greatest protection for the child peacefully
developing in the Mother's Womb. I am told that you have to cater the
Ordinance for your specific city. Newport Beach could possibly mimic the
Lebanon Ohio Ordinance with some adjustments. Santee city and San Diego
county legalities have to be considered with an Emergency Ordinance.
Resolutions do not have the same legality requirements as Ordinance!
However, Santee has the added benefit of amplifying Personhood in the city
charter.
PRO -LIFE HISTORY: Please know that in 20211 traveled to The Washington DC
March For Life in honor of its founder Nellie Gray. Nellie was born in Texas. Nellie
was a solid conservative Democrat and Catholic who moved from Texas likely
around 1973 and founded the DC March For Life. Nellie was excited to learn about
the Life Peace Zone banner concept and my USA efforts when I met her. She passed
in 2012 ... God rest her precious soul. It is preciously noted that it took Nellie Gray 5
years to convince President Ronald Reagan to start writing letters of support to the
Washington DC March For Life. Our conservative Supreme Court reflects this today.
My recent Personhood efforts are now summarized including City Councils:
1) LPZ Parade Vehicle in Leesburg FL Christmas Parade in Dec 2020;
2) 481h Washington DC March For Life ... and ... Healing in Jan 2021;
3) Kirk Cameron Campfire Pro -Life Newport Beach Event in May 2022;
4) Lakeside CA Rodeo Parade in May 2022;
5) La Mesa Flag Day Parade: Look to your flap with pro -life eyes. 2022;
6) Oceanside CA Independence Parade in June 2022,
7) Santee CA Community Park Music Festival in June 2022;
In Franciscan Joy, I am starting to periodically visit many churches in
Southern California including Laguna and Newport Beach. The goal is to
help local faith leaders to become educated on Life Peace Zones and
ultimately Personhood Cities. I enjoy discussing Covenant Theology.
It would be wonderful if the Newport Beach mayor could help plant the
Personhood LPZ seeds with the establishment of a new Interfaith Coalition
of Covenant Churches exalting Personhood representing all interfaith
churches. A former La Mesa, CA mayor taught me this interfaith possibility.
Franciscan Canticle:
It is The Love of God we seek, It is The Way of Joy to know, It is The Song of Life to sing.
