CORRECTIONS:
1. Project Data:
a. Topo: A signed and stamped topographic survey is required but not included in the Sheet
Index. This is required to verify the existing grades used to calculate established grade
height and other measurements. Please provide.
2. Parking:
a. Dimension the total depth of garage + carport (35’ depth required).
b. Electrical panel + tankless water heaters cannot be within clear space. An alternative is for
mechanical equipment to be located within front 4 feet of the garage, mounted a minimum 4
feet above the garage finished floor.
3. Third Floor:
a. Maximum Third Floor Coverage: Maximum 50% of buildable area for third floor coverage.
1785 x .50 = 892.5 sq. ft. max. coverage. Please demonstrate compliance. This includes
stairs, elevator, covered deck, etc.
4. Trash Area must be screened from alley view. Demonstrate screening on plan.
5. Height Exhibits: The heights called out for parapets are different between exhibits. Some exhibits
show it under the 24’ height limit, and others show it as over 25’, which does not comply. Please
provide consistency and demonstrate compliance with the flat height limit.
6. Markups: Please see the attached mark-ups on plans.
