Please be advised that on September 14, 2022, our office received notice of local action on the coastal development permit described below:

Description: Demolition of an existing single-family residence and the construction of a new one-story 4,242 sq. ft. residence and attached 702-sq. ft. 3-car garage.
The project also includes the construction of landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, and site walls. The design complies with all applicable development standards, including a minimum finished floor over 9.0 (NAVD88) and no deviations are requested.
Location: 1424 Galaxy Drive Newport Beach, CA 92660 (APN: 117-671-14)
Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on September 28, 2022.
