Demolition of an existing nonconforming duplex and the construction of a new, 3-story, 2,056 sq.ft. single-family residence and 365 sq. ft. ADU.
Two on-site parking spaces are proposed. The finished floor elevation of the first floor of the proposed structure is +14.61 ft. NAVD88, which complies with the minimum 9.0 ft. (NAVD) elevation standard for new structures.
