Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Project Description (PD): The PD is written with the assumption that PA2021-260
was approved by the City Council with 8 approved tennis courts. The PD should be
amending the originally approved project from 2012.
2. Supplementary Studies: Please provide the parking study which analyzes the
parking impact for the proposed pickleball use. Additionally, please provide a trip
generation report for the pickleball use. This will be used to determine whether a
traffic study is necessary.
3. Coastal Development Permit (CDP): The originally approved CDP from November
20, 2018 is expiring on November 20, 2022. As previously discussed, please submit
and pay for the extension of time request for a one-year extension.
4. Fees (FYI): The amendment to the project will include additional CEQA consulting
fees for an amended document, as well as potential fees for a traffic study.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
