The following comments are in response to your Planning Review Comments, dated September 19, 2022,
for the new SFR at 700 W Oceanfront and directly correlate with changes to the drawings as noted. We
hope that this additional information will be adequate for you to complete your review.
Item Response
1 The established grade calculation has been revised on the Site Plan (A-1).
2 Note added on the Second Floor Plan (A-3).
3 Note added on the First Floor Plan (A-3).
4 Dimensions added to chimney encroachment on the Second Floor Plan (A-3).
5 Additional third floor setbacks added to the Roof Plan and the eave overhang has been adjusted
(A-4). The access stair well and roof directly above is not subject to this additional setback.
6 Note added on the Roof Plan (A-4).
7 Signature added to the Topo Survey (TS-1).
