The attached plans for the seawall have been received for building permit plan
check review after Coastal Development Permit No. CD2022-002 was approved.
CD2022-002 authorized the raising of the existing bulkhead to a total height of
13.35 feet NAVD 88, which is consistent with the submitted plans.
