PA2022-0209 Coastal Development Permit / Limited Term Permit (More Than 90 Days)
A coastal development permit and limited term permit (more than 90 days) for a temporary modular unit
to be used as an office for gondola cruises. The gondola boats will be docked on a T-dock accessed
from the property. The office will be used for general office operations, storage, and setup area for
gondola cruises. The office proposes to use a restroom which is located on a separate adjacent parcel.
This was previously approved in 2018 and 2021 and the trailer has been constructed and in operation.

Notes:
The applicant was originally required to either relocate the
temporary trailer within 250 feet of an existing fire hydrant or install
a new private hydrant within 250 feet of the trailer. While a smoke
alarm system was approved to mitigate the issue on a temporary
basis, Fire can no longer support this non-compliant situation.
The trailer shall be relocated within 250 feet of an existing public fire
hydrant or a new public fire hydrant shall be installed within 250 feet
of the existing trailer.
