The gondola boats will be docked on a T-dock accessed from the property. The office will be used for general office operations, storage, and setup area for gondola cruises. The office proposes to use a restroom which is located on a separate adjacent parcel. This was previously approved in 2018 and 2021 and the trailer has been constructed and in operation.
