Local Decision: Approved w/ Conditions Pursuant to Title 14 Cal. Code of Regulations Section 13120, please be advised that the California Coastal Commission, on 11/16/2022 took the following final action on this appeal: A. X No Substantial Issue (Local Decision Upheld) B. Substantial Issue and De Novo Action 1. _ Approval 2. _ Approval with Conditions 3. Denial When the Commission action is "No Substantial Issue" the local decision is upheld and any terms and conditions of the local decision remain unchanged. When the Commission action is PA2021-305 Page 2 of 2 "Substantial Issue," and then "Approval" or "Approval with Conditions" or "Denial" on the De Novo hearing and action, the Commission De Novo decision supersedes and replaces the local coastal development permit action.
