PROPOSED IS A STARBUCKS TAKEOVER OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AND SITE. THE EXISTING BUILDING WILL BE REDUCED IN SIZE TO
APPROXIMATELY 2,000 SF AND REBRANDED TO A STARBUCKS UTILIZING NEW PAINT COLORS, MATERIALS, AND SIGNAGE. STARBUCKS WILL HAVE
APPROXIMATELY 25 INTERIOR SEATS AND APPROXIMATELY 16 OUTDOOR SEATS.
ONCE THE REQUIRED ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND CIRCULATION MODIFICATIONS ARE IMPLEMENTED INTO THE SITE THE TOTAL PARKING
COUNT WILL BE 29 PARKING SPACES AND 13 CARS IN THE DRIVE-THRU QUEUE.
THE PROPOSED BUSINESS HOURS OF THE STARBUCKS ARE 4:30AM TO 12:00AM SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
STARBUCKS MAY HAVE APPROXIMATELY 8 TO 9 EMPLOYEES DURING PEAK TIMES IN THE STORE AND UP TO APPROXIMATELY 30 TOTAL EMPLOYEE
