Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Recreate and resubmit the public noticing materials to include only the property
owners within a 300’ radius of the property, excluding intervening right of ways.
Optional: comply with the City of Newport Beach’s new public noticing
requirements.
2. Provide written confirmation that John Spencer is a managing member of Seaward
Road, LLC and authorized to sign official documents.
Submit an electronic copy of the requested materials to ccurley@newportbeachca.gov.
Hard copies may be requested at the time of review but are not initially required.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
