The following documentation is required to complete the application: Plans 1. Clarify if part of the main residence is being demolished as part of this coastal development permit. If this is not the case, remove all mentions of a reduction is square footage of the main residence from the plans. 2. Add note: “Setbacks to be measured from face of finish.” Ensure all setbacks are measured from face of finish. 3. Indicate the proposed rehabilitated landscape area and provide landscape plans.
