Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Provide a preliminary title report no more than 6 months old showing the current
owner and legal description of the property.
2. Provide a floor plan of the business.
a. Indicate the net public area of the business.
b. Indicate the gross floor area of the business.
c. Indicate the seating layout.
3. Provide the proposed hours of operation for the business and the proposed number
of seats.
4. Provide documentation demonstrating that Tanya Tomas is authorized to sign the
Planning Application on behalf of the Irvine Company.
5. Note: Further corrections may be required after submittal of this information.
6. Note: Police Department comments (if applicable) to be provided at a later date.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
