Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Measure the net public area of the restaurant. Net public area is defined as “the total
area used to serve customers, including customer sales and display areas, customer
seating areas, service counters, and service queue and waiting areas, but excluding
restrooms and offices, kitchens, storage and utility areas, and similar areas used by
the employees of the establishment.”
a. See attached instructions for measuring the net public area.
2. Add the following information to the floor plans:
a. Net public area: interior NPA (see above) + 378 sq. ft. patio, XX sq. ft. total
(calculate this number based on your measurements from item 1 and the patio
area).
b. Gross floor area: 2,254 sq. ft. interior space + 378 sq. ft. patio, 2632 sq. ft.
total.
c. Proposed number of seats: 44 seats total, including inside and on the patio.
d. Add these notes as comments to your plans (attached) using PDF
editing software, in an open space on the page.
3. Note: Building Division Project Review Request and/or corrections to follow.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
