Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Fire Department and Planning Division corrections to follow.
Building Division
2. Provide not less than 5% accessible seating at tables and counters with knee
clearance of at least 27” high, 30” wide, and 19” deep.
3. The tops of dining surfaces and work surfaces shall be 28” to 34” above the finish floor.
4. Any areas used for temporary commercial or institutional use shall be accessible to
disabled persons.
5. An accessible path to all functional area shall be provided.
6. Access to restrooms shall be provided at all times.
7. Accessible parking stalls shall not be used for seating areas when onsite parking is
provided.
8. Maintain Code complaint accessible parking stall
9. Detectable warnings are required when pedestrian paths cross or are adjacent to a
vehicular way where no physical barrier are provided to separate the two.

10. Clarify the type of substantial barrier to be used, and add substantial barriers to
encompass the entirety of the outdoor dining area. See attached redlined plans.

Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
