The following documentation is required to complete the application: Documents 1. The public noticing materials show a 200’ radius for the owners and residential occupants to be noticed. Recreate the public noticing materials using the correct 300’ radius. 2. Provide an initial resource survey. Plans 1. Chose grade points completely within the buildable area. See redlines on site plan and highlights on topographic survey. (A-0.0) 2. Indicate Development Areas A and B on the site plan. (A-0.0) 3. Verify lot coverage is correct. It looks a little low. Ensure covered patio is included in the lot coverage calculations. (A-0.0) 4. The pool should be callout 14. (A-0.0) 5. Verify callouts are in the correct location. See redlines. (A-0.0) 6. The project should read “3-car” not “2-car” garage. (A-0.0) 7. Show exact topographic points for natural grade callouts for walls. (A-0.0) 8. Indicate the height of all fences, gates, walls and retaining walls. Indicate their overall height in the legend and indicate their height from natural grade with callouts. (A-0.0, C2) 9. Add note “There shall be no facilities used for food preparation within the gym or be used for residential purposes separately or independently from occupants of the principle structure.” (A-0.0) Page 2 10. Remove the existing fence located outside the property line. Show this on the demo plans. (A-0.1) 11. Indicate the landscape area (including the pool). (L1.0) 12. Invasive plant species are proposed. Modify the landscape design to exclude all species considered invasive in Southern California. (L1.0) 13. Callout the species of turf proposed. Ensure it is not invasive in Southern California. (L1.0) Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
