The following documentation is required to complete the application: Plans: 1. Unaddressed: Include all existing and new/unpermitted signs in the new sign program, including signs currently present but not on the last approved sign program. Ensure dimensions and all other sign features provided for each sign type match these existing and new/unpermitted signs. Note that further corrections may be required after this information had been provided. 2. Partially Addressed: Update the plans to reflect the elements below. I recommend you conduct a site visit to verify current conditions. a. Remove all references to tenants no longer operating at the property. b. Update sign examples and photos to reflect current tenants and conditions. c. Provide images of the proposed signs on the elevation views. Provide larger elevation views as needed for clarity. d. Either keep the formats established by the old sign program these plans are based off of, or create original plans. 3. Unaddressed: Consider if any existing signs might be removed from the property as additional signs are proposed as part of this sign program. Consider if these new signs might replace some existing permitted signs not currently utilized. Provide a written response to this correction. 4. Once the existing building has been demolished and a new building is constructed, this comprehensive sign program shall be deemed void and must be amended. Sign area is the area measured by two perpendicular sets of parallel lines that surround the proposed logo and sign copy. All signs shall substantially conform to the approved set of plans stamped and dated February 29,2012, and the plans approved for the proiectinq siqn on East Bav Avenue dated October 13,2016. Pursuant to Section 20.42.120.F of the Zoning Code, the Community Development Director may approve minor revisions to the Sign Program if the intent of the original approval is not affected.
