Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Plans
Please see the attached redlines for Planning Division comments. Additional
information is requested, such as adding property lines to the site plan, and verifying
that dimensions are consistent throughout the plan set.
Hard copies of the redlines are available upon request.
2. Project Review Request (PRR)
Please be advised that your project has been routed to the Building Division and the
Public Works Department for review and comment. Comments from the Building
Division are still pending and will be provided to you when they become available.
Comments from the Public Works Department are attached.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed.
