The -0.1 % contract cost change is due to a reduced drinking fountain unit cost and two

drinking fountain foundations thereby reducing the concrete and labor costs for this
scope. The two change orders issued were for replacing additional concrete panels,
polishing benches, replacing broken drinking water fountain valves, and issuing additional
working days due to unforeseen field conditions.
