REQUEST: Minor Use Permit and Operators License to operate an approximately 2,000 sq. ft. restaurant with 36 indoor seats and 20 outdoor seats within a former restaurant space (Burger Boss). Restaurant will serve beer and wine (ABC License Type 41).
HOURS OF OPERATION: 7 days a week
• Lunch from 11 A.M to 2 P.M
• Dinner from 5 P.M to 9 P.M, Sundays to Thursdays
• Dinner from 5 P.M to 10 P.M, Fridays and Saturdays LIVE ENTERTAINMENT: Flamenco or oriental dancer. One performer, indoor only, within closed windows and door, no live music. There will be 2 shows, 20 minutes each, at 7 PM and 8:15 PM
