Revised third floor design to abide by step-back requirements. See updated site plan 1/A1 and updated floor plan 1/A3 30. See response above. Covered portion of deck is 2’-1 ¼” away from S.Y.S.B. and 32’-3 ¾” away from F.Y.S.B. FLOOR AREA/SITE AREA LIMITATIONS 33. Updated design to comply with floor area limitations. See updated ‘Floor Area Ratio (FAR)’ and breakdown under ‘Project Information’ on sheet T1. Also updated floor plans, area plans, and site plan (A1-A4).
