The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Department Reviews – The concept plans were routed to Building, Fire and Public Works for preliminary review and comment. I have attached comments, corrections and/or proposed conditions of approval from these departments. Please review and respond to these comments/corrections and I will route your responses for second round of review upon resubmittal. 2. Floor Area and Open Volume Calculations Exhibit – Please provide a floor area calculations exhibit (to scale on a separate plan sheet) verifying the proposed square footage and open volume areas (show dimensions and calculations). 3. Bay Window – On the floor plan, please dimension setback from dining room bay window projection to the side property line. 4. Eave Overhang – Please label and dimension eave overhang on all exterior elevations. 5. Title Report – Please provide a recent title report and legal description for the project site. 6. Height Certification – Please add a note to the Elevation Views indicating that a “Height Certification shall be required for critical roof height elevations”. 7.
