requirement. Building minimum floor elevation shall be set
at or above the Design Flood Elevation (DEF). (Please
confirm this prior to moving forward)
2) WQMP is required at plan check submittal.
3) Provide proper landing at top of exterior stairs.
4) Exterior openings not permitted less than 3 feet from
property line.
5) Minimum 3 feet deep clear landing required at exterior doors
and stairs.
6) 2nd floor plans need to be revised to reflect JADU instead of
ADU.
7) Comply with Pool/Spa safety requirement for 3rd floor spa.
