Hi Rodi,
We have a damage conduit which we actually made worse while we were rodding a rope through it to place fiber to a
customer at 251 E Coast Hwy. This has caused our existing signal levels to drop some. I wanted you to know that we
need to repair this tomorrow morning after 9am and will go per watch manual and provide warning signs on Coast Hwy.
we have a permit for Caltrans to do the work on Coast Hwy sidewalk. Steven Loya cc'd is the new inspector there in
place of Iraj. This is one that I would need to purchase the permit after the work is done. Please send me the cost and I
will have a check sent to me and purchase the permit. If rain stops us from doing the work then we will be out there
Monday 9am. Let me know if you have any questions. I will be on site to be sure everything is safe.

This damage came across late yesterday. Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions. We will only be putting
signs on Coast Hwy like the T/C plan showed but will not need the lane closure. Hoping to get this cleared up tomorrow
morning.
