Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Review by Other Departments – The project was routed to Fire, Building and
Public Works for review and comment. Public Works corrections are attached for
your response. Fire and Building have provided conditions of approval for the
project (also attached for your information).
2. Floor Area Calculations and Open Volume – Please provide a separate sheet
containing a dimensioned, to-scale floor area exhibit verifying compliance with floor
area and open volume area requirements.
3. Height Certification – Please add a note to the Elevations stating “Height
Certification Required”.
4. Copy of CDP Posting – Please provide a copy of the onsite CDP posting.
5. Reduced Plans – Please provide a digital copy of plans in 11 x 17 format.
Documents shall be in PDF format and be text‐searchable, or OCR (Optical
Character Recognition). Every attempt shall be made to reduce the file size to
minimize download time without degrading overall image quality. All layers
exported from a CAD program need to be “flattened” into a single PDF layer. The
PDF file size cannot be more than 11 X 17 and may not exceed a file size of 20
MB.

Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
