A staff approval for substantial conformance with Use Permit No. UP2010-037 (PA2010-165) to expand
an automobile dealership by occupying a previous wine store. The automobile dealership is to be used primarily as a sales boutique and show room. There is an existing drop-off/pick-up loading area from Tustin Avenue. The expansion will allow for an additional drop-off/pick-up loading area on-site out of
the public right of way.
