Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Public Works
Per the project review from Public Works, the drop off and pick up loading area
from Tustin Avenue shall be eliminated and all loading activity shall occur from the
private property. Please update the plans to remove the “Double Doors for Loading”
from Tustin Avenue.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal

primarily as a sales boutique and show room. There is an existing drop-off/pick-up loading area from
Tustin Avenue. The expansion will allow for an additional drop-off/pick-up loading area on-site out of
the public right of way.
