Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Tentative Parcel Map: The Tentative Parcel Map shall contain the following
information:
a. Name and address of record owner or owners of the subdivision.
b. Name and address of the sub-divider.
c. Name, business address, telephone number, and number of the registered
engineer or licensed surveyor who prepared the map.
d. Sufficient elevations or contours to determine the general slope of the land
and the high and low points thereof.
e. The outline of any existing or proposed buildings to remain in place and their
locations in relation to the existing or proposed street and parcel line.
Please revise and resubmit the Tentative Parcel Map to include the required
information.
For your information: Response sheets from Building, Public Works, and Fire with
comments and conditions have been attached. Please be sure to review and ensure you
are comfortable with the provided comments and conditions
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
