ROST ARCHITECTS IS PROPOSING A NEW 6,196 SQUARE FOOT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ON A SITE OF 6,840
SQUARE FEET (0.16 ACRE) AT 76 LINDA ISLE. THE EXISTING STRUCTURE IS TO BE DEMOLISHED. ALL NEW WORK IS
PROPOSED WITHIN THE MEETS AND BOUNDS OF THE PROPERTY LINES. ALL NEW WORK PROPOSED OUTSIDE
OF PROPERTY LINES TO BE UNDER SEPARATE REVIEW AND PERMIT.
THE SITE IS LOCATED IN THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL HAZARD ZONES:

· FLOOD ZONE AE-8FT
