This transmittal is a part of the process of transferring Services - - documents from the County to the City for development within the area covered by Annexation CA01-07. Your address is included in Tract Map 16604, PA 44A, OC Facilities Design ;Newport Coast Planned Community, and will be included as a part of the transfer, & Construction Management which is anticipated to occur September 29, 2022. OC Facilities To prevent confusion during the transfer, residents are encouraged not to initiate Maintenance & CUF any permits with the County of Orange until after the estimate transfer date of September 29, 2022.
