1. Project Summary
The submitted project summary indicates the number of seats at this location is three
(3). Update the project summary with the correct information.
2. Plans
Please revise the plans per the following corrections:
a. Provide a cover sheet/site plan showing the existing property dimensions and
existing structures. The proposed scope of work must also be on the plans.
Please clarify if the jewelry sale is an existing use or if it is a proposed use with
the body piercings.

i. Provide an information block containing the name and telephone
number of the contact person for the project.
b. Revise the plans to show the proposed area of work.
i. Delineate on the plans where the jewelry store is located and
where the body piercings will take place.
c. Show the number of chairs on the floor plan. Ensure it matches the project
summary.
d. Clarify if the rooftop equipment is proposed or existing. Any proposed rooftop
equipment must be properly screened.
3. Building Comments
Clarify the type of body piercing service being offered. Are the piercings only for
earrings or other similar piercings that can be done at the sales area or are they
complicated/personal piercings that may require private/medical procedure.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
