Re: Address Assignment for Accessory Dwelling Unit at 2212 Cliff Drive
Dear Mr. Rapparport:
Per your request, we are assigning the address 2212 ½ Cliff Drive to the
accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located on the same property as the single-family
residence at 2212 Cliff Drive. The 2212 Cliff Drive address will remain for the
principal residence on the property.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
