Parcel 1 of Lot Line Adjustment LA2003-041 and
the northwesterly 140 feet of Lot 3, Tract 4225 APN 117-631-14 and APN 117-631-26
Dear Mr. Yorita:
Per your request received on December 23, 2014, we are assigning the following addresses to Building 3, Building 4, and the Parking Structure. Buildings 1
and 2 will retain the existing addresses.
Building 1 2131 Westcliff Drive
Building 2 2043 Westcliff Drive
Building 3 2135 Westcliff Drive
Building 4 2001 Westcliff Drive
Parking Structure 2125 Westcliff Drive
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities,
etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to
any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers
should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly
visible from the street.
