Dear Ms. Lane:
As you requested, we are hereby authorizing Fitwall Studio to use the address 2073 San
Joaquin Hills Road since your business will be separate from the current tenant at 2075
San Joaquin Hills Road. We are allowing this address assignment to help you
coordinate your paperwork for the tenant improvements and signage permits. The other
suites within that building are 2071, 2075, 2081, 2091, and 2095 San Joaquin Hills
Road, and they remain legitimate addresses.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities,
etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to
any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address.
The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.
