Dear Mr. Olson,
Pursuant to your request dated June 12, 2014, we are assigning the address 2149 Ocean Boulevard to Lot 27,
Block E, of Tract 518. The Office of the Orange County Clerk-Recorder is currently in the process of rescinding
and nullifying Covenant and Agreement 89-190046, releasing the subject property to the original underlying lot
configuration re-establishing two parcels. The current address of 2153 Ocean Boulevard will remain as Lot 26.
Staff will notify appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your responsibility to notify all other
affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to: United States Postal Service, Orange County Assessor,
and utilities servicing the property. Please be sure to alert your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure that
any response to “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be advised that address nameplates
shall not exceed two square feet in area, numbers should be at least four inches high, shall be of contrasting color
to the background, and clearly visible from the street.
