Dear Ms. Glass:
Per your request, received June 14, 2013, the property address at 226 Heliotrope Avenue will
change to 2900 Bayview Drive since the front entrance to the newly constructed single-family
residence is taken from Bayview Drive.
Staff will notify appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your responsibility to
notify all other affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to the United States Postal
Service, Orange County Assessor, and utilities servicing the property. Please be sure to alert
your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure that any response to “9-1-1” emergency
calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be advised that address nameplates shall not exceed
two square feet in area, numbers should be at least four inches high, shall be of contrasting
color to the background, and clearly visible from the street.
