Attn: Frank Ultimo 708 ½ Marigold Avenue Newport Beach, CA 92625 frank@teamultimo.com Re: Address Assignment 401 Iris Avenue and 2920 Bayside Drive APN 459-181-15 Dear Mr. Ultimo, Pursuant to your request dated April 3, 2014, we are assigning the address 2920 Bayside Drive to the rear unit of the new two-unit project since the main entrance is taken from Bayside Drive. The front unit will retain the address 401 Iris Avenue. Staff will notify appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your responsibility to notify all other affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to the United States Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, and utilities servicing the property. Please be sure to alert your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure that any response to “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be advised that address nameplates shall not exceed two square feet in area, numbers should be at least four inches high, shall be of contrasting color to the background, and clearly visible from the street.
