Dear Mr. Fletcher,
In response to your request dated February 19, 2013, we are assigning the address
500 31st Street to the first floor commercial space of the new mixed-use property. The
residential portion located on the upper two floors will be addressed 3012 Villa Way
since the main entrance is taken from Villa Way.
Staff will notify appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your
responsibility to notify all other affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to the
United States Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, and utilities servicing the property.
Please be sure to alert your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure that any
response to “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be advised that
address nameplates shall not exceed two square feet in area, numbers should be at least
four inches high, shall be of contrasting color to the background, and clearly visible from the
street.
