Assessor Parcel Number 423-283-02 Dear Mr. Henn:
Per you request received by our department on August 22, 2013, this letter shall confirm
the assignment of 909 Zurich Circle for the property previously addressed 916 Via Lido Soud which is currently in plan check for a new single-family dwelling (1846-2013). This letter should be used to inform all affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local
telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
