Dear Dan,
Per your request, we are assigning the address 2809 Balboa Boulevard to the rear unit (entry off Balboa
Boulevard) of the two-unit dwelling on your property. The 128 29th Street address will remain as the
address of the front unit (entry off 29th Street) on the property.
This letter should be used to inform all affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange
County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that
responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers
should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the
street.

Let me know. We typically do not receive requests for ½ unit addresses for condos.

possible.
The front unit on the corner of Balboa and 29th Street to be (128 )
The rear unit off the alley and Balboa to be ( 128 1/2 ).
