Legal Description: Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 2005-129, in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, being a subdivision of
Parcel 2 of a parcel map filed in Book 47, Page 32 of Parcel Maps, in the office
of the county recorder of Orange, County, CA
Dear Mr. Gaskari,
Per your request, we are assigning the address 2201 Bayside Drive. to Parcel 1
of Parcel Map No. 2005-129. Currently, the lot is under the address of 2209 Bayside
Drive and to date, an additional assessor’s parcel number has not been assigned.
This process will need to be completed with the County of Orange prior to the
issuance of final building permits Please refer to the attached exhibit.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.

not the owner representative or agent I am CC Greg Cullen, the representative of 2201 Bayside, LP.

address for 2201 Bayside Drive. Please reply with your my email with a request for this address assignment
and include the following information:

With this information, I can probably prepare a letter in response by early next week.
