Dear Ms. LaFont:
Per your request received March 16, 2016, this letter shall confirm the addition of
Suites 1, 2, 3, 4 to the commercial building located at 400 Westminster Avenue. The
existing suite numbers used for 404 and 408 Westminster Avenue will remain
unchanged.
400 Westminster Suites 1, 2, 3, 4
404 Westminster Suites 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
408 Westminster Suites 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities,
etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to
any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address.
The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.

Good Morning Jason,
I'm attaching a color coded drawing of our building. I've tentatively designed some layouts. I've indicated all of
the entrances.
If the address split is approved we plan on purchasing and installing a USPS approved 4 unit mailbox to be
placed on Westminster Avenue for the use of our tenants.
The mail person wouldn't need to deliver to the actual suites.
I hope this clears up any confusion.

Good afternoon Jason,
We are looking at leasing our building to multiple tenants (4 tenants maximum) and we need to have
additional addresses assigned to these tenants.
The address is 400 Westminster Avenue and we are looking to add Suite A, B, C & D.
The building is approximately 3300 sq. ft.
We would appreciate whatever you can do to make this happen.
