Dear Mr. Pisarkiewicz,
Per your request, we are assigning the address 715 ½ Marigold Avenue for the
rear unit of the existing two-unit residential development located at 715 Marigold
Avenue. The 715 Marigold Avenue address will remain as the address of the
front unit on the property. Please refer to the attached exhibit.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform
all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service
carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
