The additional addresses will be used for two house “HOA” meters on the property. As previously recognized, all seven units will be addressed as 20452 Santa Ana Avenue with unit letter qualifiers as follows and as shown on the attached Addressing Schematic: • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit A • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit B • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit C • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit D • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit E • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit F • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit G The two additional addresses will be as follows: • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue (HM-W) for the western building • 20452 Santa Ana Avenue (HM-E) for the eastern building Address numbers and letters should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier, so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses. In this case, you would be addressing the project off of 20452 Santa Ana Avenue with unit numbers or letters (i.e., “1” or “A”) attached to each unit. We are in the process of obtain electrical meters for our Dublin Cottages project located at 20452 Santa Ana, Newport Beach. Southern California needs a letter which assigns our two HOA House meters. We already have address 20452 Santa Ana, Unit H assigned to the rear of the building with 3 units (A- C) which will run solar lighting, irrigation and power. We need another one for Unit I assigned to the building with 4 units which will run the other half of the property lighting, irrigation and power. See attached letter you previous sent, could you update with the two HOA addresses. Also attached for reference is a site plan indicating the HOA meter locations.
